RestaurantsRumbaLocated in the hotel lobby. Rum was once New England`s most prolific trade item and a popular choice among the locals – they say even Paul Revere stopped for a nip during his famous midnight ride. RumBa pays tribute to the legends and lore in a sophisticated cocktail bar serving an international collection of distilled rums. Our private Champagne Bar, discreetly hidden behind sliding mahogany doors, serves selections of bubbly in an atmosphere inspired by the Moulin Rouge. Sushi-TEQ Located in the hotels lobby, Sushi-TEQ takes cultural fusion up a notch by combining a sushi bar and a margarita bar in a high-energy atmosphere. Sushi-TEQ pairs innovative sushi and tapas created with the freshest ingredients with vintage tequilas, margaritas and martinis. The rhythms of salsa music add just the right amount of spice.MielLocated in hotel. Miel (the French word for honey) is our Provence-themed restaurant, open 24/7 in true brasserie spirit. Delightfully simple organic fare flavoured with Côte d`Azur ingredients including lavender, olive oil and honey is served indoors or out, while the classic New England raw bar adds a bit of local colour and flavour. A private, glass-enclosed dining room for 12 features a chef`s table made from a 1,000-year-old olive tree, and an 18-foot olive oil tower sparkles with a collection of oils from around the globe. |
