Food & Fun
RestaurantsWillard Room
The art of fine dining is alive and well in The Willard Room, often described as the most beautiful dining room in the city. Chef de Cuisine Nicolas Legret presents seasonal American and European menus worthy of the prestigious AAA Four-Diamond Award and the ExxonMobil Four-Star Award. Seven dishes are served with traditional tableside service, including Mediterranean Sea Bass and Roasted Veal Kidney. The sommelier`s wine cellar stocks more than 3,000 bottles with 250+ distinct labels.
Café du Parc
Café du Parc`s classic bistro cuisine has more than a slight French accent. Chef Antoine Westermann, a top Michelin-starred chef, closely supervises the menu to make sure his vision of French fare adapted to American tastes is fulfilled in every dish. His creations include Le Pâte en Croûte Façon Antoine Westermann, Les Quenelles de Brochet (Pike Dumplings) and Les Paupiettes de Veau (Stuffed Veal Fillet Bundles).
Round Robin Bar
Once a stately gentlemen`s club defined by hushed tones and polished mahogany, the Round Robin Bar remains in a class of its own in terms of refinement and mystique. The mahogany is still polished, but now hotel guests, lawmakers, celebrities and locals practice the art of conversation at the amiable round bar. The menu of signature Mint Juleps, classic cocktails, light meals and desserts hits the spot before dinner, after the theatre or when winding down from a busy day on Capitol Hill.Entertainment
