All-Inclusive Resort Option - Nestled within a 600 acre estate with two beaches Anse Chastanet is a destination in itself, with many facilities and activities on offer right at the Resort. The beaches border on some of the island`s best coral reefs for snorkeling and scuba diving, and part of the 600 acre estate is a lush tropical forest with 18th century remains of an old plantation and 12 miles of private estate trails to explore by foot or bike.
Please note that there are approximately 100 stairs leading from beach level to mid-hillside level, thus making the property unsuitable for those with walking difficulties or cardiac problems. This is never a question of age. A complimentary shuttle service from beachside to hillside level is provided any time it is requested.

Treehouse Restaurant

Caribbean fine dining - two open air treehouses overlooking lush tropical foliage and the Caribbean Sea. Celebrating award-winning tropical world cuisine, a blend of Caribbean with other tropical world cuisine experiences. The dinner menu changes daily and is served in a romantic candlelit ambiance, surrounded by beautiful original artwork. Breakfast is served here daily and dinner is served daily with the exception of Tuesdays.

Emerald`s

Vegetarian Cuisine - In the Piton lounge near the Treehouses, they serve their Emerald`s dinner menu which is entirely vegetarian, showcasing the organic produce grown on the resort farm Emerald Estate in the Soufriere hills. Menu selections offer new tastes and combinations: Appetizers such as Goat`s Cheese Fondant, Balsamic Caramel, Apple Curry and Crispy Rain Forest Calabza Gnocchi; Entrees such as Tofu, Smoked Paprika, Sour Cream, Culantro, Cumin and Sweet Potato and Plantain Satay. Dinner is served daily with the exception of Tuesdays.

Trou Au Diable Restaurant

Located right on the Anse Chastanet beach. Here they serve breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. The lunch menu offers a wide and varied choice of appetizers, salads, sandwiches, burgers and Caribbean and Creole specialities. On Tuesday evenings, all guests enjoy a special Caribbean culinary evening in the Trou au Diable restaurant, which commences with a cocktail reception at 6:30 p.m. The atmosphere is festive with the entire stretch of beach in front of the restaurant lit up by flambeau candles.

Piti Piton Lounge

Lunch can also be enjoyed at mid hillside level in the Piton lounge, away from the beach and overlooking the Anse Chastanet bay and coral reefs.

Apsara

The Trou au Diable restaurant offers a special Indian theme menu titled APSARA on all evenings except Tuesday. APSARA is an innovative fusion of modern East Indian and Caribbean cooking, a celebration of St. Lucia historical and cultural ties with East India.

Beach Grill

On all evenings except Tuesdays, they serve a beach grill menu in the beach bar giving guests the option to enjoy light grilled fare near the water`s edge in a casual setting.

Afternoon Tea

Afternoon tea is served from 3:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. daily in both the Piton Bar and Beach Bar, and an afternoon snack menu is also available at that time.

Dress Code

The dress code in the evenings is smart casual. Gentlemen usually wear collared shirts and bermuda shorts or trousers. Light cotton or linen clothing is the most comfortable. At lunch, it is requested dry clothing in the beach restaurant and a light cover up.

Bars

The two bars - Piti Piton Bar ar the Treehouse Restaramt and the Trou au Diable beach restaurant are open daily and offer a wide selection of tropical cocktails, beers, liquor including also fine malt whiskeys, eau-de-vies and after dinner drinks. A dozen rooms are tucked in behind the coconut palms that line the beach and the remainder tiptoe up a flower decked hillside. To make the most of the panoramic views and the refreshing tradewinds octagonal whitewashed cottages come with wraparound flower draped balconies and louvered windows.
