To the extent changes can be made, changes must be made 90 days (for travel 12/17/10-1/4/11) 21 days (for travel 1/5/10-4/30/10) and 14 days (for travel 5/1/10-12/16/10) or more prior to the scheduled departure date, are based on availability, and are subject to a fee of $100 per person plus any increase in package price. Name changes are not permitted. A change in the number of occupants per room may change the price of the package. If any changes involve an increase in price/rate, payment will be required at the time of change and the changes will not be effective until payment is received and availability is confirmed by the Travel Suppliers.
