Nellie Cashman`s Monday Club Cafe

Named for "The Angel of the Mining Camp" and Arizona`s oldest club for women, Nellie Cashman`s Monday Club Cafe offers casual dining for breakfast, lunch and dinner. With an emphasis on locally-grown produce and indigenous recipes, Chef Roberto Madrid`s menu carries a Southwestern-Mediterranean flair. An open kitchen style allows guests to have an up-close look at many of the items being prepared and to talk to the culinary experts - just another one of the many reasons why this bright and open restaurant is fast becoming the Valley`s favorite breakfast destination. Patio dining brings sweeping views of the golf course and McDowell mountains. The Waltz and Weiser Saloon makes the perfect spot for a pre-dinner cocktail or after-dinner cordial. The ambiance of an Old West saloon is recreated with dark-wooded floors, leather seating, low-beamed ceilings and exposed mineral rock. Waltz and Weiser sends you back to Arizona`s mining days and Arizona rough country. Specializing in Micro Brew Beers, Single Malt Scotch and Single Batch Bourbons while offering a light appetizer menu, billiard room and shuffle board. Located in the lower lobby.

Dreamweaver`s Canyon

Spend your evening in Dreamweaver`s Canyon Courtyard enjoying the pleasant night air and aroma of pinon wood. Dreamweaver`s Canyon offers a true Arizona experience with the centerpiece seasonal flowerbed patterned after a Navajo blanket. You can enjoy cocktails and appetizers while watching the evening sunset and listening to the melodic sounds of Master Bagpiper Michael McClanathan. In keeping with the resort`s "Essence of Arizona" theme, the Irish Pipes at Sunset series pays tribute to the contributions made by the Irish immigrants to the state`s railroads, mines and towns.

Named after a Sonoran desert plant that explodes with brilliant yellow blooms in the spring, Brittlebush Bar and Grill features innovative, contemporary cuisine. Serving Starbucks coffee and their own selection of pastries, cookies and sandwiches, as well as their new spa cuisine options, healthy and delicious. Grab and go or stay for a while. CoffeeFlats and SnowBowls is located on the lobby level adjacent to the main entrance.
